Agree the drawing and material palette first. Ask when progress and final photographs will be provided, and whether changes after approval affect price or timing.
Record the order terms
Confirm the included stand, packing method, destination, estimated schedule and custom-order cancellation or return terms in writing. Do not assume standard-stock terms apply unchanged.
