Start with the site
Provide an accurate plan showing doors, fixed furniture and the intended border. Have a qualified installer assess the substrate, levels, joints and suitability for the intended use.
Approve the layout and samples
Review pattern scale, stone palette and finish under the expected lighting. Confirm which samples represent the order and how natural variation will be managed.
Agree responsibilities before production
Document fabrication dimensions, installation responsibilities, packing, inspection and care requirements. Do not assume a decorative product supplier also provides structural assessment or installation services.
