Refund & Return Policy 1. Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate your refund via Bank NEFT/RTGS or PayPal transfer within 5-10 working days. 2. Order Cancellations If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, you will receive a full refund through the original payment method. 3. Damaged or Broken Products If your item arrives damaged or broken: Option 1: Receive a replacement product. Option 2: Receive a full refund covered by the shipping insurance. 4. Insurance Claim Process To expedite insurance claims: Step 1: If the parcel has external damage, take clear photos of the packaging before opening it.
