1. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time
We partner with DHL and FedEx for secure and reliable global deliveries. Orders typically reach your doorstep within 7 to14 business days.

• If DHL/FedEx cannot service your area, we will ship via India Post.

2. Packaging & Shipping Methods
By Air (Items up to 48inches” Diameter):

• Packed in reinforced corrugated/PVC boxes with air bubble wrap and foam sheets for maximum protection.

• Shipped via DHL/FedEx. Door to Door Delivery

By Sea (Items above 48inches” Diameter):

• Secured with wood wool, tightly bound with rope, wrapped in jute cloth, and fixed in a custom wooden crate.

• Delivered to the nearest seaport specified by you.

• Door Delivery Option: You may arrange pickup from the seaport yourself, or we can organize door delivery for an additional cost. Email us your full address and nearest seaport for a quote.

3. Insurance

• All parcels are fully insured against damage, loss, or mishandling during transit.

4. Customs & Duties

• Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or import duties per their country’s regulations.

• Note: Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control, and we cannot be held liable for such delays.

• Track your shipment via the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
