Refund & Return Policy

1. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate your refund via Bank NEFT/RTGS or PayPal transfer within 5-10 working days.

2. Order Cancellations
If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, you will receive a full refund through the original payment method.

3. Damaged or Broken Products
If your item arrives damaged or broken:

  • Option 1: Receive a replacement product.

  • Option 2: Receive a full refund covered by the shipping insurance.

4. Insurance Claim Process
To expedite insurance claims:

  • Step 1: If the parcel has external damage, take clear photos of the packaging before opening it.

  • Step 2: Open the parcel within 3 days of delivery. Claims will not be processed after this period.

  • Step 3: Immediately notify Both (inlaymarblecrafts@gmail.com) and the shipping carrier (FedEx/DHL) via email. Include:

    • Photos of the damaged packaging and product.

    • Order number and delivery details.

  • Step 4: Provide additional documentation/information if requested by the insurance company.

Once the insurance claim is approved, we will process your refund or replacement and notify you via email.

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued via Bank NEFT/RTGS or PayPal within 5-10 working days after approval.

  • The refund method will match your original payment mode unless otherwise agreed.
