Eligibility for Returns

1. Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
2. Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized products.
• Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse after delivery.

Refund Process

1. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
2. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
2. We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
