Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or personalized products.
- Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse after delivery.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If the item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
